The website www.flux-lighting.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘www.flux-lighting.com’) is provided by FLUX LIGHTING, ZAC de Chesnes Nord, 6 rue de Brisson CS11220, 38290 SATOLAS-ET-BONCE – FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’). Individual functions of our website involve the collection, processing or use of personal data. 1. Automatically collected data (log data)

This data must be collected in order to ensure and optimise the proper operation and function of our website, guarantee the security of our website and improve the website. The aforementioned log data is deleted after 30 days.

We only collect personal data that you have voluntarily provided – for example, if you give us your postal address and email address when personalising a data sheet in the download centre or if you send the link for your download basket to a third party by email. This data is only collected, processed and used to the extent required for that specific purpose. Your data is deleted after 30 days. The data you provide cannot be connected to the automatically collected log data.

3. Use of cookies

Plugins for the social network Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St., Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Twitter’), are used on our website.

When the Twitter button on our website is clicked, Twitter is informed that your browser has visited the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Twitter profile or are not currently logged into Twitter. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Twitter server in the USA and stored there.
